Terms of use
These terms are between you and [YOUR FULL NAME or BUSINESS NAME] ("we"), who runs Clerkship Tutor. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What you get
- Free trial: Week 1 of each rotation and a limited number of tutor messages, for the number of days shown on the website.
- A rotation: all weeks of lessons, OSCE guides, stations and quizzes for that rotation, and the AI tutor for the period shown when you buy (currently 10 weeks from your first class), within a fair-use allowance.
- After the tutor period: your lessons, guides, stations and progress stay open for as long as Clerkship Tutor runs. A revision pass reopens the tutor.
2. Your account is personal
One account per person. Your account can be signed in on one device at a time. Don't share your login, and don't copy, sell or distribute the course content. We may suspend accounts that are shared or misused.
3. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown on the website and paid once per rotation, bundle, revision pass or top-up. [REFUND POLICY, e.g. "If you haven't used the tutor for a rotation, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of paying."]
4. A study aid, not medical advice
Clerkship Tutor is for learning. It is not clinical guidance. The AI tutor can make mistakes. Always follow your consultant, your hospital's protocols and current national guidelines, and check drug doses before giving any drug.
5. Patient confidentiality
Only enter de-identified cases. You're responsible for keeping patient information confidential.
6. Content
The course content belongs to us. Lessons you rewrite or add with the tutor are yours to keep for your own study.
7. Changes and availability
We update content as guidelines change and may change features or prices for future purchases. We aim to keep the service running but can't promise it will always be available. If we ever close Clerkship Tutor, we'll give notice so you can download your work.
